Grama Vidhya Program
The Grama Vidhya Program by ARLES aims to improve access to quality education for children in marginalized rural communities. Focusing on regular school attendance, girl child education, and holistic development, the program serves 600 children across 15 villages in Nirmal District. Key objectives include promoting girl child education, increasing female enrollment, educating parents on the importance of education and nutrition, and providing career guidance. By fostering a volunteer-driven support system, ARLES strengthens community involvement in education. The program has led to higher school attendance, greater female participation, and increased parental awareness, driving long-term positive change in rural communities.

AMMA CHADUVU Program – Education for PVTG Communities
ARLES launched the AMMA Chaduvu Program to promote education among Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) in two villages. This volunteer-driven initiative encourages the enrollment of tribal children in Anganwadi and primary schools, ensuring they receive foundational education. It also raises awareness among mothers about the importance of schooling, urging them to stop involving children in brick kilns, agriculture, and manual labor. By shifting family priorities toward education, the program fosters inclusion and long-term development. So far, AMMA Chaduvu has positively impacted 60 families by enrolling their children in school and building a brighter future for marginalized tribal communities.

Youth Career Guidance & Development Program
ARLES launched the Youth Career Guidance & Development Program to empower rural youth in Telangana, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds. Targeting matriculation and intermediate students, the program provides early career counselling to help them make informed choices about education and employment. Delivered through virtual sessions, it has reached over 30,000 students statewide. The initiative emphasizes aligning personal interests with career paths, including awareness of government job opportunities. A strong focus is placed on reducing female dropout rates by promoting continued education and family support. By equipping youth with direction and confidence, ARLES is building a future-ready generation of rural changemakers.
