ARLES is strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) to enhance the livelihoods of rural farmers in Telangana. Supporting two FPOs with over 1,000 farmers, ARLES provides access to financial services through NABKISAN, Samunnati, and nationalized banks, helping reduce dependence on informal credit and enabling investments in better inputs and tools. Collaborations with NCDEX, Sneha Feeds, Suguna Feeds, and Chelimada Poultry Plants ensure reliable market linkages, fair prices, and reduced exploitation by middlemen.

Technical interventions like drone spraying and mechanized seed sowing enhance agricultural efficiency, while capacity-building programs keep farmers informed of the latest practices. This integrated support has led to improved yields, better income, and increased financial resilience. ARLES plans to expand its impact by introducing digital platforms for direct farmer-to-consumer sales and strengthening value chain integration. This comprehensive FPO model is driving sustainable rural development and empowering smallholder farmers across Telangana.
