  1. Establishing Rural Knowledge Hubs:

    • Identify underserved villages and partner with local leaders to convert unused community halls or schools into libraries.

    • Equip libraries with:

      • Multilingual Books: Curate collections in Telugu, Hindi, and English for children and adults.

      • Digital Tools: Install tablets with preloaded educational apps, e-books, and STEM resources.

      • Interactive Learning Kits: Provide science experiment kits, puzzles, and art supplies.

  2. Training Local Youth as Educators:

    • Recruit and train 20–25 young villagers as librarians and tutors through a 4-week certification program.

    • Curriculum includes digital literacy, basic pedagogy, and community engagement strategies.

    • Offer stipends to incentivize participation and ensure long-term retention.

  3. School Partnerships for Holistic Education:

    • Collaborate with 15 rural schools to integrate library resources into their syllabi.
