Digital Tools: Install tablets with preloaded educational apps, e-books, and STEM resources.
Interactive Learning Kits: Provide science experiment kits, puzzles, and art supplies.
Training Local Youth as Educators:
Recruit and train 20–25 young villagers as librarians and tutors through a 4-week certification program.
Curriculum includes digital literacy, basic pedagogy, and community engagement strategies.
Offer stipends to incentivize participation and ensure long-term retention.
School Partnerships for Holistic Education:
Collaborate with 15 rural schools to integrate library resources into their syllabi.
